The outlines of China’s vaunted 15th Five-Year Plan were formally announced in the Communiqué of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, published on October 23, 2025. Plan details will be finalized between now and the plan’s expected release date in March 2026.
