Complimentary Employer Registration

To qualify for complimentary employer registration, you must:

  • Be employed in an HR, Well-being or Benefits related role.
  • Work for an organization that does not sell or market products or services to event participants.
  • Be employed in an HR, Well-being or Benefits related role.

You are not eligible for complimentary employer registration if you:

  • Work for a consulting, advisory, vendor, or solution-provider organization.
  • Serve in a sales, business development, account management, or other client-facing role.

Please note:

  • All registrations are subject to review and approval.
  • The Conference Board reserves the right to approve, reclassify, or cancel registrations that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
  • The Conference Board is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred if a registration is canceled or reclassified.

Cancellation Policy
We can provide you with a full refund for cancellations up to three weeks prior to the event and a partial refund up until two weeks prior. No refunds are available for cancellations within two weeks of the event.
