Championing Disability Inclusion

NOVEMBER 25, 2020

The World Bank Group estimates that over 1.3 billion people around the globe live with some form of disability, but in a survey of C-suite executives conducted in 2018 by EY/Valuable 500, 56% of respondents indicated that disability inclusion rarely or never came up on their leadership agenda.

In this webinar you will hear from Kristen Anderson, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for Barilla, the Italian global food company, and Caroline Casey, Founder of the Valuable 500, a global movement to put disability inclusion on the global business leadership agenda.  They will be in conversation about some of the steps that global businesses can take to create truly inclusive businesses for customers, clients and employees.

Key learnings the audience will take-away:

  • Why disability inclusion is a priority for business
  • Where to start and how to develop the work on disability inclusion
  • Understand the call to action – the power of collective action on disability inclusion

*The Valuable 500 is the global CEO community revolutionising disability inclusion through business leadership and opportunity. You can find out more about them and their mission here
