Findings and Recommendations for Corporations and Investors
The Conference Board Governance Center Research Working Group on Hedge Fund Activism has released a set of proposed recommendations for those public companies and institutional investors that find themselves involved in an activism campaign mounted by hedge funds. The proposed recommendations are supported by a research report discussing the Working Group's findings.
Findings and recommendations are being released as a white paper for comments by any interested party.
