Panitsas is an Economist specializing in European macroeconomic analysis, focusing on growth, labor markets, and competitiveness. He leads The Conference Board’s C-Suite Outlook and Global Economic Outlook for the Euro Area.
Prior to The Conference Board, he worked as a researcher at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and at Columbia University in New York. In 2017, Panitsas graduated from Hunter College of the City University of New York with an MA in Economics, and he also holds a B.Eng. degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras in Greece.
