The following is a bio of a former employee/consultant

Stephanie J. Creary served as a Research Associate in Human Capital at The Conference Board. Her research interests include talent management, multi-generational workforce, diversity/inclusion, and crisis management. Her current research also explores "survivor syndrome" as it refers to the marked decrease in employee motivation, engagement, and productivity that arises particularly after downsizing and workforce reduction. Creary’s Conference Board publications include Leadership, Governance, and Accountability: A Pathway to a Diverse and Inclusive Organization and the forthcoming Mission Accomplished? What Every Leader Should Know About Surviving Corporate Downsizing.
