Nir Eyal is an author, speaker, and consultant specializing in the intersection of psychology, technology, and business. He is widely known for his work on habit formation, behavior design, and attention management, helping organizations build engaging products and individuals regain control of their focus.

Nir previously served as a Lecturer in Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Stanford Hasso Plattner Institute of Design. Since 2003, he has co-founded and sold two technology companies and has advised startups and established organizations on building habit-forming products that improve users’ lives. His insights and writing have been featured in major publications including The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Time Magazine, and Psychology Today.

Nir is the author of the bestselling books Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products, Indistractable: How to Control Your Attention and Choose Your Life, and Beyond Belief.
