Nick Davis

Nick Davis is the Founder & CEO of ShopSight, a generative AI platform helping brands and retailers turn shopper signals into faster product decisions and more accurate demand forecasting. His work focuses on agentic commerce, AI-driven product creation, real-time demand sensing, and social-to-sales forecasting. Nick and ShopSight were recognized at NRF Big Show in the Innovators Showcase, and he was named a 2026 Rethink Retail Top Retail Expert.

He is a multi-time founder and patent holder with successful products launched and acquired across his 20+ year career. His experience spans across executive education, corporate innovation, product development, venture capital, non-profit leadership, and leading high-growth startups. Nick is a world-renowned expert on the topics of leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and technology.

Nick is also a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board and a Lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he teaches executives and founders on emerging technologies, AI leadership, and innovation strategy. He also serves as Chief Technology Officer at Mid-Ohio Food Collective and on Feeding America’s national technology and innovation council, applying advanced analytics and digital platforms to help solve hunger and improve health outcomes.

Previously, Nick co-founded Scalefunder, which has raised over $1.4B for university research (acquired in 2014). He is the author of the Amazon #1 bestselling book Future Ready and an active venture investor and AI scout with Boardy AI.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard University and is an alum of The UCLA Anderson School of Management.
