Neil Jordan is an experienced senior executive with more than 30 years of leading innovation at Procter & Gamble, the world’s largest consumer products company, including five years as the Senior Vice President of Corporate R&D. Neil has a track record of success disrupting billion dollar FMCG industries including beauty care, oral care and fabric care. Neil has extensive international expertise and an expansive external network having lived and led organizations in Europe, Asia and North America. Neil is currently Managing Director of Jordan Innovation Consulting LLC.

Neil specializes in transforming product portfolios into game-changing, breakthrough innovations that grow the market or create new market segments. Neil brings a consumer-centric approach to innovation by defining emerging unmet consumer needs and delivering novel product and business model solutions.

Neil works with organizations to create and foster a learning culture leveraging LEAN principles. Neil believes effective leaders must embrace change as a foundation of continual learning. This commitment to continual learning and “innovating how to innovate” is a foundational principal of leading organizations and coaching serial innovators.

During his tenure as P&G Senior VP Corporate R&D, Neil was Co-founder of Procter & Gamble Ventures, leading the creation of a robust portfolio of new business opportunities. PG Ventures was also a catalyst for the company wide adoption of Lean Innovation principles/practices to rapidly develop new business opportunities. PG Ventures has launched several new products including Opte Precision Skincare System, Zevo Insect Control, and Bodewell Therapeutic Skincare. Neil also led and renewed the Corporate Transformative Platform Technology program to identify, develop, and commercialize technologies that deliver breakthrough performance across multiple business applications. This included the purposeful integration of start-ups, VCs, and external value creation into the innovation program. The external value creation program monetizes IP, know-how, and capability to accelerate and de-risk development of platform technologies and create significant commercial value via licensing agreements.

Neil served on the University of Cincinnati Research Institute Board of Directors, Glad Joint Venture Advisory Board, University of Michigan Dental School Advisory Board.
