Mike serves as the Founding Executive for WellWithAll, a mission-forward, purpose-led health and wellness company committed to addressing health inequities in Black, Brown and underserved communities.

Mike Archbold previously served as the CEO of GNC (General Nutrition Centers) and of Talbots. Prior to that, Mike was President of The Vitamin Shoppe. He has 30+ years of experience including strategic, operational and financial leadership across several national retailers serving in multiple capacities including CEO, President, COO and CFO.

Mike currently serves on the board of The Council for Inclusive Capitalism with The Vatican where he was also the founding CEO. The Council is a movement of the world’s business and public sector leaders who commit their organizations to specific actions that create long-term value for all stakeholders by promoting a more sustainable, trusted, equitable, and inclusive system that works for everyone.

Mike also serves as a trustee for the Committee for Economic Development at The Conference Board where he is also the Program Director for the CFO Council: Fortune 250.

Mike is the co-author of Smart Regulation: Turning Speed Bumps into Guard Rails.
