Matt Fumento is the Founder of the Center for Collaborative Intelligence (CCI), an advisory firm focused on helping organizations adopt AI responsibly to augment human capability.

A Cornell University ILR graduate, Fumento brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, including senior HR leadership roles at Nortel Networks,
GlobalFoundries, and Otsuka Pharmaceutical, and executive positions at two of the HR profession's leading research organizations — the Human Capital Institute (HCI), where he served as COO, and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp).

He has also held roles at Korn Ferry Digital and Gap International. Through CCI, Fumento now focuses on bridging the gap between AI enthusiasm and practical implementation, championing workforce upskilling, AI literacy, and collaborative intelligence design.
