Rebekah Steele is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Rebekah supports the Human Capital Practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas.
As a Senior Fellow providing Diversity &Inclustion (D&I) expertise for The Conference Board, Rebekah is faculty and coach for the Diversity and Inclusion Academies in Europe and North America, directs the D&I Leaders Council, curates the D&I conference, writes for The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, and supports a broad spectrum of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
