Rebekah Steele is a senior fellow providing diversity & inclusion (D&I) expertise for The Conference Board. She serves as program director for both the Diversity & Inclusion Executives and the Diversity & Inclusion Leaders Councils, curates diversity and inclusion conferences of The Conference Board, writes for The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, and supports a broad spectrum of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
