Haleigh Tebben is the Chief Growth Officer at Lantern. In her role, Haleigh leads Lantern’s strategic growth initiatives, overseeing go-to-market strategy.

With over two decades of experience in healthcare, employee benefits, and digital health, Haleigh brings a unique blend of consulting expertise and startup leadership. Prior to joining Lantern, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at Kindbody, where she led revenue strategy and operations during a period of rapid expansion. She also held executive roles at Brightline and Collective Health, where she built and scaled commercial teams, launched new go-to-market models, and secured major health plan and employer partnerships.

Earlier in her career, Haleigh was a Partner at Mercer, where she led the California Health & Benefits practice. She continues to advise early-stage companies through roles with Redesign Health and Mobile Health, supporting go-to-market and commercial strategy.

Haleigh holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BSBA in International Business and Marketing from Creighton University. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering solutions that improve access, affordability, and outcomes in healthcare.
