Gordon Harman is the Program Director for the Employee Well-Being Council at The Conference Board.  Prior to this position, Gordon was Vice President, Global Benefits at Eaton, retiring after 24 years.  While at Eaton, Gordon was responsible for the design, administration, and compliance of all benefit plans globally.  This included developing and implementing Eaton's wellness programs, which encompassed financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing.  Prior to that, he worked at Towers Perrin for eight years.  During his career, he became an Enrolled Actuary and Associate of the Society of Actuaries. 

Gordon also serves on the board of directors of the Cleveland Furniture Bank, and is a working musician who performs regularly in the Cleveland area.
