Report findings from human capital researchers and economists point to essential people investments to build workforce effectiveness and sustained growth opportunities. A pulse survey conducted in partnership with Mercer underscores the need for companies to use human capital analytics to advance organizational performance. Findings from TCB’s annual Job Satisfaction report reveal that overall U.S. employee job satisfaction is trending upward, but only increasing at a snail’s pace. 

And, new research on productivity highlights the importance of human capital management processes and defines strategies for improving business productivity and performance in a period of slow growth and downward pressure on profits.
