The recent volatility in oil prices is showing vastly uneven impacts on countries, companies, and consumers. Given the uncertainty where the price may be going next, companies may be better served by considering a range of price scenarios to understand potential impacts on their business. In this webcast, The Conference Board Economics Team looks at three short-term scenarios (prices stable at $55, going up to $75, or dropping off $40 over the next six months) and three medium-term scenarios (recovery beyond $75, stabilization between $40 and $75, and collapse below $40). We discuss the impact on economic variables (GDP, consumption, investment, and industries) as well as political-economic factors to understand the broader implications.

All registrants will receive a complimentary copy of the report. For more resources on this topic, please visit: http://www.conference-board.org/energy-and-global-growth/
