Social media can be a boon to commercialization success—from providing a real-time window on the needs and wants of customers to "crowd sourcing" ideas for a new product to "spreading the word" when a product is launched. However, it also brings new challenges relative to accuracy of information, competition knowing more than you’d like, and exposure to criticism. The speakers will describe how innovators harness social media in a way that maximizes value while minimizing risk.

Who should attend: Executives and other leaders charged with delivering innovation within their discipline, business unit or across multiple disciplines: business process, finance, human capital, product development, technology, customer experience, communications, organizational culture, change management, and digital strategy.
