Data protection compliance, including the upcoming European General Data Protection Regulation but also the data protection requirements in all regions, is a major issue for HR operations leaders. Globalization, new technology, the cloud, social networks, and mobility developments all add further dimensions to this challenge. It is a cross-functional business concern, and, within IT, compliance strategy is currently one of the highest priorities. HR leaders must take the lead because personal data and employee records are generally held in systems for which HR executives are responsible. This webcast will explore how HC executives are currently handling compliance.
