Although the tools to help organizations manage change have matured through the years, the tools to help measure progress on a change journey have lagged behind. Most change programs have tools in place to measure progress in performing critical tasks and in meeting objectives along the project lifecycle. Far fewer organizations have the means to measure the value produced by the change program or their own internal change agility. This webcast will enable participants to understand the stages of maturity in change measurement capabilities. We will also discuss how the field of analytics is revolutionizing the field of measurement.

Audience: If you are a change practitioner or executive responsible for change and direction setting, this webcast should be of interest.
