There’s a spectrum of concerns related to the privacy of employee data: At one end of the continuum, employers may have basic questions about whether it’s OK to send employee data across national borders to produce a holistic view of the company-wide workforce. Thankfully, there are clear guidelines for how to do this without running afoul of the data privacy laws.
