According to a key finding in Managing Human Capital Risk, a 2011 report by The Conference Board, corporate boards are very interested in moving human capital risk out of the shadows and into enterprise-wide risk discussions, with heightened calls for CHRO engagement at the board level.

This webcast explores ways boards are designing structures, processes, and HR representation to address strategic issues. It also poses questions board members need to consider to assure successful senior HR leadership management.
