According to The Conference Board reports U.S. Salary Increase Budgets for 2012 and U.S. Top Executive Compensation Report: 2012 Edition, there has been an increase in CEO pay and overall increase in CEO total compensation, indicates an increase in wage inequality in the United States. The speakers discuss key compensation trends in the aftermath of the financial crisis and the implications of a 3.0 percent projected salary increase budgets for 2013.
