In a time of distrust between the public and business and increasing pressure on government to act as a result of the 2008-2009 recession, the government is stepping up already increased enforcements.  One area of particular focus has been the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). This is creating a need for business to revisit practices and controls around compliance with FCPA and to increase the dialogue that takes place with regulators. In this webcast, we start that dialogue by hearing from the SEC and DOJ on their renewed focus and collaboration on FCPA enforcement and gain insight on their focus areas. Participants will have an opportunity to hear from the chief enforcers and understand their perspectives.

This webcast will be of interest to executives concerned with the changing legal and regulatory environment for corporations, including Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Directors, Chief Ethics Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Contributions Manager, Director of Corporate Relations, Investor Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility
