Rapid business growth in Asia has led to skill and capability gaps for both existing and potential leaders. Through developing its People Strategy, FedEx in Asia identified leaders’ ability to coach and collaborate as the key focus to grow the business. A key insight and success criteria for the development of these skills is that the effort must be top down, as role modeling of vital behaviors is a key driver of success in these areas.
