Studies have shown that correlations exist between employee engagement and business performance. An evidence-based approach to employee engagement programs will allow companies to fully use and build upon that knowledge. Companies need to learn how to leverage the data that they collect from employee engagement surveys so that meaningful business results can be attained.
This webcast will provide insights into how companies can use employee engagement research to inform not just their HR and talent management strategies, but also their non-HR business plans that span out across the rest of the organization as well. If the right framework is in place, employee engagement metrics can be used to help bring about important changes to a business – often in areas not just related to HR. Two companies will share their experiences linking employee engagement to key business measures, and the subsequent actions resulting from their findings.
This webcast will discuss:
- Challenges linking employee engagement to key performance indicators
- Company specific relationships between engagement and business performance
- Business decisions resulting from demonstrated impact of employee engagement
