Given the current state of the pandemic, the blurring of society, work and personal boundaries, and heightened media attention to recent social unrest, corporations are challenged with responding sufficiently and appropriately to the needs of their employees.
As corporations are increasingly speaking out on race-based offenses, organizations are still unsure how to speak about race. In this broadcast, we will examine what businesses can do to equip senior leaders and mid-level managers for these critical but difficult conversations.
