Over the next decade, women will have significant economic and financial impact as consumers and investors, yet women hold only 29% of all leadership roles. Organizations that display an above-average level of gender diversity outperform diversity laggards and are more likely to have sustained, profitable growth. Similarly, these organizations often display integrating diverse thinking in their people strategy and their product and business decision-making processes.

While diversity isn’t always easy to measure, it is nonetheless imperative to consider the value and potential impact that diversity of thought can bring.

Insights from this webcast:

  • Learn how to enable a strong pipeline of women for leadership roles
  • Gain an understanding of what diversity leading organizations are doing
  • Identify opportunities to continue to grow diversity within your organization
