Reflecting a curation of recent insights, this panel discusses a framework designed to help corporate leaders in their work to end systemic racism and dismantle the structural barriers to racial equity. Our premise is that the project cannot be simply assigned to Diversity and Inclusion, but must be reflected in the attention, awareness, and consciousness of all senior-level executives.
Join us as we focus on eight pillars: purpose, perspectives, people, purchasing, philanthropy and community investments, policy, place-based initiatives, and performance.
