Ascertaining the Elusive Quality of Hire

Quality of hire is one of the most difficult recruiting metrics to accurately capture because most companies don’t measure new hire performance—they’re actually only measuring “quality of candidate.” So, Highmark Health created a Quality of Hire Index to measure end-to-end recruiting and new hire performance over their first year from the manager’s perspective. New hires also provide feedback through a companion metric called the Onboarding Success Index.

When combined, the Quality of Hire Index and the Onboarding Success Index provide important insights to help improve talent attraction, interviewing and selection, onboarding, and performance management processes.

By attending this webcast, viewers will be able to:

  • Learn about a new methodology for developing, implementing, and tracking the indices
  • Discover emerging data trends and gain insights on organizational readiness
  • Understand the challenges and lessons learned for successful implementation so they can better apply these strategies to their own organization

Who Should Attend: Talent acquisition leaders and HR executives
