COVID-19: Bringing Radical Changes in Workforce Mental Health Needs

MAY 13, 2020

COVID-19 has had a sudden and dramatic impact on our collective mental health. Feelings of isolation, parenting and family concerns, financial stress, and health-related anxieties are manifesting globally. To better understand how employers should think about these changes, we surveyed full-time U.S. workers about their mental health during this pandemic.

This webcast will offer key considerations for employers as they plan for the long-range impacts of COVID-19, including:

  • How COVID-19 is impacting stress levels and productivity;
  • How are the experiences of COVID-19 contrasting around gender;
  • Employee perceptions of their employers' mental health-related response
  • Employee reception of virtual care delivery

Who Should Attend: Mid-to-senior level HR, Rewards, Benefits professionals and healthcare consultants/brokers who would like to understand COVID-19-related mental health changes in the workforce and how to address them.
