Activating Strategy & Change: Insights from Swiss Re on the journey so far
JULY 01, 2021
New strategies and big-scale transformation initiatives are typically designed by a few, often with the support of external consultants and communicated from the top-down – typically with similar outcomes: minor modifications or transformation and, if any, taking years to see the expected impact. To bring strategy & change to life, Swiss Re had to overcome cemented paradigms of transformation. It had to move beyond traditional approaches of top-down communication only, choosing instead to activate the diverse workforce, and to contextualise the strategy and transformation jointly.
Join us for this webcast and hear how Swiss Re tapped into visual storytelling, gamification, and involving 100% of their workforce into a two-way dialogue on strategy and transformation. Discover how the organisation influenced daily behaviour, established aligned autonomy of individuals and teams, and moved from an imposing condition of urgency into co-creating and embracing a position of enthusiasm.
