The Conference Board History

13 October, 2020

For over 100 years, The Conference Board has been a guide in moments of crisis and renewal.

Today’s challenges can feel overwhelming. In a matter of months, what seemed a historically strong economy gave way to a sudden concatenation of history’s worst crises—pandemic, mass unemployment, social unrest. Like all inflection points, 2020 will likely force leaders to fundamentally reimagine work, commerce, and the role of business in society.

Once again, The Conference Board is leading the effort to ensure a more prosperous, resilient world emerging from difficult times.
