To strengthen and sustain a campaign for more women in leadership, CED works with business leaders to promote and highlight female representation in leadership roles through research, media and legislative outreach, and digital engagement.
Through our “Women in Corporate Leadership” effort, CED encourages corporations to increase the number of women in C-Suite and in technology-related leadership roles. Research indicates that greater female representation in leadership roles improves economic opportunities and mobility for both women and our nation.
CED efforts include:
The CED Fellowship Program for Mid-Career Women Professionals is an innovative corporate mentoring, networking and leadership training program, designed to create pathways for mid-career women to the C-Suite. The objective of the CED Fellowship Program is to further CED's longstanding objectives to advance women in the workforce and help, in this initial way, to counter the devastating impact COVID has had on mid-career women and the C-suite pipeline.
