Based on 104 survey responses and subsequent discussions within each of our four Corporate Citizenship and Philanthropy Councils, this report sheds light on what kind of new normal(s) corporate citizenship and philanthropy departments can expect as a result of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the public outcry over racism following the death of George Floyd—including an unprecedented opportunity to help their companies develop and implement a broad strategy to address social problems and better support the communities they serve.
