This report provides an updated snapshot of current practices in the field by comparing the results of an earlier study with the findings of a recent survey of 122 large North American and European companies. In addition to an analysis of how human resource outsourcing practices may have changed in the interval, the study explores the considerations that lead to the decision to outsource and examines how companies currently manage their outsourcing relationships.
