Current events are bringing increased attention to many issues at the core of diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts. As workplaces try to adapt to the “reimagined workplace”1 in response to the health crisis, existing inequities among different groups of employees are also becoming more visible and providing opportunities for action. Examples include the unequal health and economic challenges facing women and people of color in the US and globally,2 the increase in incidents of stigma and discrimination,3 and the added challenges of addressing racism and engaging diverse groups while many organizations continue to work virtually and limit in-person meetings.4
