Global Executive Coaching Survey 2018

March 2019 | Research Report

How much should your organization pay to coach the next CEO?

The hourly rate paid to coaches of the highest level of leadership (CEO and direct reports) is rising, and some companies are spending $1 million or more a year to ensure their top leaders can manage within the continuing chaos of digital disruption, regulatory changes, demographic and consumer demands, labor shortages, and skill gaps. This seventh edition of a biennial survey focuses on how executive coaching trends are shifting and slowly evolving. Over the years, coaching has been embraced by more organizations, and its value appears to be growing across industries and for different leader levels.
