Most available indicators for the real economy point to Q4 growth coming in above expectations: volume of retail trade, inventories and capacity utilization, PMI, and employment figures are all up. Yet the outlook for 2017 remains fragile due to high uncertainty and lack of change in the fundamentals of the economy, especially investment and fiscal policies.
