C-suite executives in Spain see internal bureaucracy as an obstacle to business success, creating a sense of urgency around the need for more flexible organizational structures. C-suite executives in Spain and around the globe ranked day-to-day performance pressure as the number one obstacle to innovation, but in Spain it is perceived even more intensely as a barrier.
