For human capital leaders, the view forward is filled with incredible promise - and compounding complexities. Charting the future talent strategy depends on understanding how an organization compares to others as well as knowing about leading practices.
The Conference Board Human Capital Benchmarking Service offers real-world, actionable intelligence to guide what's next for your human capital program. Built with and for our valued members, this cross-functional benchmarking service rests on the unique reach and expertise of The Conference Board and will be available for participation among all members of the Human Capital profession.
Access to a self-service benchmarking platform illustrating how your organization compares to others on key metrics;
A copy of the 2020 State of Human Capital report reflecting the aggregate benchmarking data; and
Consideration to be honored for excellence and innovation in that category at Conference Board events.
You are invited to pre-register now for access to the human capital benchmark platform when it opens in mid-January 2020. When you register, you will be able to download a "preview" copy of the survey questions so that you and the team are able to begin gathering the data they will need to enter on-line in January 2020. Registrants will be notified and provided a special entry code and link to their survey categories for completion once the survey portal is open on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at noon EST. The survey portal will close Friday, February 14, 2020 at midnight EST.
The Conference Board self-service benchmarking platform will be available in the second quarter of 2020.
To participate in this program, please select the human capital areas for which your organization will complete benchmark surveys and add to your cart.
Participation is open to all human capital practitioners regardless of affiliation with The Conference Board. Members of the public are invited to participate for $299.00 USD per benchmarking category.
Special note for Members of The Conference Board:
Human Capital Center member organizations have already received a communication regarding their complimentary access to all categories; if there are questions, please contact your Conference Board representative.

Honorees will be selected by subject matter expert panels in each category drawn from senior executives who are members of the Human Capital Center, its advisory board, our senior research fellows and our Human Capital research staff. Those who serve as a judge in a benchmark specialty area are ineligible to participate in that category. No external services provider will participate in the selection process.
Human Capital benchmark honorees will be notified in March 2020 and honored at related events throughout the year. Further, the innovative work of honoree companies will be featured in case studies across the Human Capital spectrum.
