There is a growing consensus that organizational agility is the key to next generation competitiveness. The range of Agile methodologies and availability of connective technology are now enabling established companies to match the speed and responsiveness of small firms. However, agile transformation is difficult; partial transformation is often unsuccessful while enterprise-wide change requires a profound cultural shift, taking time and effort to identify and embed new values and behaviors.
