Most organizations in Asia recognize the importance of employee engagement to business and invest time and resources to improve it by designing engagement activities, creating competitive employee benefit packages, and conducting surveys to measure engagement scores. Companies such as DBS bank and Singtel report engagement numbers in their annual reports. Despite these ongoing efforts, many leaders and HR decision makers struggle to measure the impact of their investments in employee engagement on business outcomes.
