Digital transformation is in its infancy, with most organizations seeing productivity and efficiency gains through digital technology, but not revenue generation, at least for now. Financial and nonfinancial sectors are ahead of manufacturing in their understanding of digital risk and reward. And organizations that have creative cultures and strong networks are the most successful innovators.
