Innovation is a challenge. Can diversity and inclusion make it easier? New research indicates that inclusion and innovation are indeed correlated, and that diversity of thought, specifically, contributes to better innovation. Chief human resources officers are at the nexus of inclusion and innovation, and should therefore take specific actions to create an inclusive culture that leads to greater diversity of thought.
