This report is based on responses from CEOs, presidents, and chairmen to The Conference Board CEO Challenge® survey, distributed between September and October 2013. For the first time, the research includes leaders from the Latin America region, providing a unique vision that top executives share in these emerging markets. Results show CEOs in Latin America seek strong business leadership that is able to drive change and is not afraid to boldly innovate (and even fail) in a performance-focused environment. In addition, CEOs in the region rank labor relations as the top hot-button issue in the coming year.
