The Conference Board Economics Watch® Emerging Markets View

This monthly report (upgraded from a quarterly to a monthly release) provides insights from The Conference Board Economics Team on the growth performance of major emerging markets, especially the outlook for China, India, Brazil, and Mexico, as well as for Southeast Asia. This month’s release also features a special section on the results of the 2014 edition of The Conference Board CEO Challenge survey on the strategies business leaders are pursuing to meet the challenges they have identified, particularly among the emerging market business leaders. This issue also explores productivity in light of recent economic developments and medium-term prospects.
