Managers, therefore, have a built-in business case to request coaching for creativity, innovation, executive presence, and career development. Companies should consider coaching employees at all levels, including those who are not high potentials and those who work in technical fields. They should also encourage creativity by helping employees have enough “brain space” to let thoughts flow freely.
