Corporate Diversity & Inclusion Conference KeyNotes Report

The current macroeconomic environment gives diversity leaders an unprecedented opportunity to cement the strategic value of diversity for business success. Many companies, though based in the United States, anticipate that their future growth lies almost exclusively in the developing world. Success in those economies will depend on cultural competency and diverse talent. Though there is potential for huge breakthroughs in diversity, resources are limited. It is not possible, however, to follow one template of diversity from country to country. U.S. corporations have to be careful not to impose U.S. notions of diversity.
