LGBT in the Workplace and Marketplace

Twenty years ago, companies were hesitant about LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) inclusion. Today, companies are making outright efforts to attract, develop, and retain both LGBT talent and market share. To win LGBT talent, companies are striving to create more inclusive workplaces and a pipeline for leaders, often by using “straight allies.”

This KnowlEdge® Series summary is based on a two-part webcast given by The Conference Board in November of 2011: "LGBT in the Workplace: What's New and What's Changed?" To view those webcasts, please visit this page in our webcast archive.
