A New Order: When revamping your corporate culture, the first rule is to have fewer rules

If you must introduce new rules in order to shift the culture of your organization, here are two more principles to follow: Make sure that the rules are drawn up with employees’ input and agreement, not just imposed. And revisit the rules regularly to check whether they are helping or hindering greater productivity and better customer service.
